Julian

Julian
has been a working trainer / consultant since 1983. He is a specialist in
personal and team development,
communication and life skills. Full CV

Julian
adds the dimension of NLP to his training, being qualified at both Diploma
(DipNLP, 1992) and
Practitioner
(NLPPrac, 1993) levels. He has the IPD Certificate in Training and Development (CITD, 1987).
Julian
has researched, designed and delivered over 1,000 learning and development
events on a wide range of
topics to a wider
range of people at all levels in the organisation. His sessions are
effective, memorable and
creative in achieving the outcomes needed by the client
and customer.
As
a training, learning and development consultant, he is skilled at diagnosis, coaching, planning and
organisation.
Julian helps customers to define their own goals using
quality questioning and listening skills. He then works with
them to
co-produce an effective learning solution. Julian consults closely with
the client at all stages to ensure progress
is always towards agreed objectives.
Julian
is 54, married with two teenagers, two dogs, two rabbits and a tank of
fish. His other interests include reading,
writing, photography and
juggling. He created this Website himself from scratch. This
